Cancellation Policy & Fees
Our office is unique in that we provide one-on-one chiropractic and massage care where no one else is scheduled or seen during the time reserved for you. To maintain our business and continue this quality of care, we require patients to give us 48 hours notice. Travel, work meetings, traffic, & life in general happens to all of us. It is our policy that our patients cancel 48 hours or more prior to their appointment or they will be charged the full amount of the service.
Our Jane App scheduling page has a 48 hour policy set. If you’re unable to cancel online, you are most likely within 48 hours of your appointment.
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting up to:
- Initial Chiropractic (1 hour): $198
- Initial Chiropractic (40 Min): $158
- Extended Chiropractic Sessions: $120
- Regular Chiropractic Sessions: $82
- Massage/Manual Therapy Sessions 60 minutes: $102
- Massage/Manual Therapy 90 minutes: $160
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and may have traveled to the spa specifically for your service.
While this fee may not cover the full cost of the time you’re choosing to see us, it atleast helps us pay our practitioners and support team so we can help them maintain their livelihood in Seattle. If respecting and honoring our need to support our team doesn’t feel in alignment with you, please choose a different office. We value caring for you and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies.
Please note: The fee will be charged to the card on file and cannot be billed to your insurance company. We cannot do this, as this would be insurance fraud. This fee is in place to help pay our providers, front desk staff, and overhead charges to help us stay open for you. We appreciate your understanding and willingness to comply with our office policy.
